hello / hallo / bonjour

I am an art director earning an MA in Fashion Film & Photography at Paris College of Art. While I explore my personal photography and film work, I am also working as a freelance content creator for Burt’s Bees. I founded UNC-Chapel Hill's signature fashion magazine during my undergraduate career, and in 2017 I interned at Spring Studios (NYC), where I did art direction for clients including Rodan + Fields, Tom Ford and Ralph Lauren.

it started in new mexico

I was born in Los Alamos, N.M., a small town nestled at the foot of the Jemez Mountains and home to Los Alamos National Laboratory. My parents – an artist and a scientist – are natural innovators in their own right, and they nurtured in me a creative spirit that blossomed in confluence with the Santa Fe arts scene. An American-Swiss dual citizen, I cherish my desert home and my two native tongues, and my family’s international background keeps me curious and often packing my suitcases to explore fashion and lifestyle around the world. I am an avid writer, editor, photographer, stylist and fashion enthusiast, but I am also a believer in the fact that fashion has the tremendous potential to help the less fortunate.

all about my education

I am currently earning an MA in Fashion Film & Photography at Paris College of Art, where I am developing personal and commercial work. Before my move to Paris, I studied journalism and business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I founded the university's hallmark fashion and lifestyle magazine, Coulture. Throughout my undergraduate career, I was a member of the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program. This full merit scholarship program is a partnership between UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University, where I spent an exchange semester. Because of my passion for entrepreneurship, I was also accepted to the Adams Apprenticeship, which prepares the most promising entrepreneurs at UNC-Chapel Hill to launch their own businesses within the next five to 10 years. Throughout it all, my love for fashion has persisted – I pursued the subject during my summers and studied fashion business for a semester abroad at Bocconi University, in Milan, Italy.
